TOROIDAL CORES
Excellent Transcore follows the Indian Standard Specification (ISS) which corresponds to major Inter¬national Standards. Dimensional requirement of OD, ID & Height can be adapted to the requirement of customers. To re-store the magnetic properties the cores are stress-relief annealed in an inert atmosphere and then tested. Special care is taken in handling and packing in order to maintain Electrical properties and avoid damage to the Toroidal Cores.
CUT CORES
Cut Cores are ideal for transformer design since they combine the advantages of Toroidal Cores and conventional E & I laminations. Ideally suited where weight or dimensional requirement are critical and have to be reduced.
The cores are wound from Grain Oriented Silicon Steel Strips and are annealed in an inert atmosphere at controlled temperature to obtain optimum electrical properties. Vacuum impregnation is carried out before cutting. The fine polishing process of the cut surface ensures very good performance of the cores with low core loss and high point of saturation.
STEP CORES
Step Cores are ideal for transformer design since they combine the advantages of Toroidal Cores and conventional E & I laminations. Ideally suited where weight or dimensional requirement are critical and have to be reduced.

E - CORES
E core is three phase cutting core made from different grade of materials. Using high quality CRGO steels with low iron loss and high permeability in thickness of 0.23mm, 0.27mm, and 0.30mm. With our cutting edge facilities and flexible process we produce any types of E-Core.
RECTANGULAR CORES
Rectangular core is wound with a continuous steel strip. Both the cross-section and window are in a rectangular shape. The magnetic circuit is completely closed, with no magnetic leakage, so it’s magnetic performance is the best. Using high quality CRGO with low iron-loss and high permeability in the thickness of 0.23mm, 0.27mm, 0.30mm and 0.35mm.
